The journey of "HAI THE GIOI"

When I began to touch upon spirituality, the journey of the soul and all living things in the universe, I suddenly realized that: Before spirituality, I was still doing business and investing. After spirituality, I still invest and do business, but many differences occurred within me, from the way I work, live, and even operate businesses in various places. I am free, comfortable, living with myself at any moment, not having to chase after anything else.

Stepping beyond what is called busy, the necessities of life, business, revenue, and profit, I learned to give to bring the most effectiveness to my businesses. Gently in all work, time, and money, I moved towards a different journey: non-profit investment, letting go of greed and desire. Even if it exists, I see it in what is called conscious business. The true value in life is to learn and work comfortably, not competing with many others and similar industries.

A new door opens, new paths will come, and slow steps through life. A journey I often call "Hai The Gioi," approaching duality to create, invest, and pave new ways, bringing value to businesses through understanding life, understanding the game to enter what is called life. In this new life, many things will open, many customers, and investors will come naturally and comfortably.

My customers are now walking on their own path, the path that they can choose to be themself. We work together in small separate groups, building business network, to support each other and our surrounding staff. Everyone in the network has freedom to live their life as they wish, get enough meditation time, unleash their strengths and values as their will. Each staff member can fully utilize their abilities and strengths with their wisdom.

In this fullness and freedom, I began to share and talk with many other successful businesses, even those in difficult times, failures, and many bad things. I have offered many stories and different solutions, helping many businesses overcome those crises. Many stories of many businesses from two or three years ago, meeting again, still happily say, "Thanks to you, I learned to let go, understand greed, as you said, I started to realize many things."

From there, business, investment, creativity, and entrepreneurship stories began new paths, new journeys in business and new community investments. In the country and abroad, with world friends accompanying new living trends, like a new wave blowing across the sky craving what is called success. I reach out, understand, share, and give something. Then natural energy transforms, everything changes from individuals to collectives, companies, and talented leaders who have gone through many hardships, storms, and tempests. Especially through the Covid-19 crisis, they have overcome and stood up stronger until now.

Working in the knowing, knowing oneself, knowing the market, knowing about employees, knowing everything around us that is affecting life, family, business, and colleagues, knowing the truths of each person's life, why they came, brought journeys that changed lives.

You also know, the world is changing rapidly, with large and small events continuously happening globally, unpredictable changes in the entire economy, inside and outside the country. We cannot avoid all risks, impacts on everyone, every aspect of the economy, especially businesses today. Whether large or small, they all have negative and positive impacts on many businesses. I know many people are ready to let go, many people give up, and many people change everything to adapt and survive in what is called the economy. Difficulties, no solutions. Even if there are, will they be safe tomorrow?

More than knowledge, the value of businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors with the money spent, investing in many things, not knowing, what will life be like in a few years? How will the business I am investing in be? These difficult questions in the obscure paths, I have experienced, stumbled, and walked in that darkness. Many people have passed, as I have shared before. To step into the awareness of two worlds, invisible to tangible, karma and fate, spiritual energy impacting our business.

Doing business in consciousness, seeing the true value of life, resting, learning, working, and investing in the right place, right time. Freeing the business, leaders, and staff through understanding, sharing, accompanying at different times. I began building a community of businesses, entrepreneurs, global investors. To truly enter the journey of Two Worlds, the Vietnamese world in the East and the West, combining in what is called companionship, sharing, expanding scale and strategy as well as customer relationships, products, services everywhere.

From there, many new doors open, Tọa Đàm Cùng Doanh Nhân - The Journey of HAI THE GIOI. With afternoon tea talks, many solutions to untangle, open the way for many other businesses. Even our non-profit, community welfare programs, also often silently happen with the business community, current solutions for many businesses today. More than that, I understand what many entrepreneurs are looking for in this phase, into the future, everyone needs to understand their own journey, understand how the world is operating today? Change or die? A question I often jokingly ask many different businesses. Everyone chooses success, so who knows failure? Yes, we can succeed, we can fail, but we need more than understanding the depths of those journeys beyond success and failure, we learn to understand, to know, to stop at the right time when we need to rest, study, work with some comfort in life.

Knowing to spend some time stopping, taking deep breaths, and calming with ourselves. Living fully even for a moment in the present. I will be the one to teach and share deeply about expertise, experience, and relationships with the business community. A lifestyle of business, facing our life, accepting everything as a game, fully experiencing with a true purpose of life.
